A 3.3 magnitude earthquake is reported in the Costa del Sol
The National Geographic Institute (IGN) in Spain have reported that they recorded an earthquake of 3.3 magnitude this morning (Friday) in the Costa del Sol holiday resort of Benalmádena.
According to their website, it was detected in the early hours of this morning at 5.03am with the epicentre at a depth of 56 kilometres.
No incidents of damage have been reported and, due to the time of day, there are no reports of people feeling the tremor.
