To qualify, you need to come from a customer service-oriented background and, most importantly, must be legal to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU. Other attributes include the ability to read, write and speak English, being able to swim 25 metres unaided, and having a natural ability to deal with members of the public in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
There is a height requirement as all cabin crew must be between 5’2” (157cm) and 6’2” (188cm), and you must be flexible and able to work to a roster of 5 days on and 3 days off.
