Robbie Williams getting ready for his first appearance on the Costa del Sol
Robbie Williams will take to the stage at Sohail Castle next Thursday (15th June) for his only concert in Andalucía this year, after two nights in Barcelona in March.
This will be the Stoke born singer's first ever live performance on the Costa del Sol, and the concert, part of the Marenostrum Fuengirola festival, will feature hits from his latest album, XXV, a compilation of his 25-year career, which began with boy band Take That.
The show, which Robbie said "he is really looking forward to" in a social media post earlier this year, contains reworked and orchestrated versions of iconic songs from his career, including Angels, Feel, and Rock DJ, and some surprises.
Robbie Williams has sold more than 85 million albums worldwide, clocking up thirteen number one albums in the UK (an achievement only equalled by Elvis Presley), with fourteen number one singles and 18 Brit awards.
Tickets for the show, which starts at 10.30pm (doors open 7.30pm) are still available from www.marenostrumfuengirola.com
